Springs, CT)---After three seasons of being the title
sponsor of Stafford Motor Speedway's NASCAR Camping
World East Series event, TSI Harley-Davidson has brought
their event title sponsorship to the Memorial Day
Weekend May 23rd NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour event
at Stafford Motor Speedway. The race will be titled
the 18th Annual TSI Harley-Davidson and will feature
the stars and cars of the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour
as well as Stafford's five divisions of NASCAR Whelen
All-American Series teams. 
"Many
of our customers are NASCAR race fans, and sponsoring
the Whelen Modified Tour event is a good fit for TSI
Harley Davidson," said Harry Levesque, Owner of TSI
Harley Davidson. "We already sponsor several cars
at Stafford on a weekly basis, and this is a great
way for us to get our name out there and create awareness
for TSI Harley Davidson amongst the Stafford race
fans."
TSI
Harley-Davidson can be seen every Friday night on
the SK Modified® cars of Woody Pitkat and Jeff Malave,
the Late Model cars of Rick Charette, Woody Pitkat,
Ryan Posocco, Joe Rzeszutek, and Michael Bennett,
the SK Light car of Mike Lane, the Limited Late Model
cars of Sean Foster, Lori-Jo Rzeszutek, and Joey Ferrigno,
and the DARE Stock car of Dan Flannery.

Over
the past several seasons, the TSI Harley-Davidson
150 has consistently been one of the best Whelen Modified
Tour stops on the schedule. The 2003 TSI Harley-Davidson
150 saw Jerry Marquis pass Todd Szegedy on the final
lap of the race to take the win. The last lap would
be the only lap that Marquis led all night long. 2004's
event saw Tony Hirschman outduel Reggie Ruggiero in
the closing laps to secure a close victory, while
the 2005 event saw Ted Christopher make an amazing
charge through the field over the final 50-laps of
the race after making numerous pit stops early in
the race to correct his car's handling. The 2006 race
turned into a family duel for the win, with John Blewett,
III using fresher tires to take the lead from his
brother Jimmy with only 15 laps to go after Jimmy
had led a race high 110 laps. Last year's event saw
Donny Lia outlast a hard charging James Civali for
his second consecutive win at Stafford on his way
to the 2007 championship.
