FUND RAISING AT STAFFORD MOTOR SPEEDWAY

The Stafford Motor Speedway Fundraising Program is based on selling vouchers through your organization. Here's how it works:

Stafford Motor Speedway will supply a minimum of 50 vouchers to your non-profit organization for the purpose of fundraising. The face value of the voucher is $17.50, which is good for 1 Adult General Admission. For each voucher sold your organization would reimburse Stafford Motor Speedway $8.75. If your group sells 100 vouchers at $17.50 per voucher that creates a profit of $875.00. Your organization could charge up to the face value of $17.50, which is a profit of $8.75 per voucher sold. The organization would take orders for the vouchers and Stafford Motor Speedway will supply the amount of vouchers requested upon receipt of payment. There is no limit to the amount of vouchers your organization can sell.

Fundraiser Benefits

· Vouchers can be used for any Friday night event from May 10th to September 6th

· Organizations do not have to come as a group they can select any Friday night to attend

· The more you sell the more you make

· For events priced at $33.00 for adults, the voucher may be presented for a savings of $15.50
